I have the Care Band e-Manager loaded to my computer, and keep updating my information, but when I go to save the date to the Care Band it doesn't show up as a device to update to. What do I do?

If the software is installed on your computer, try closing it if it's opened and then right clicking the executable file. Choose Run as Administrator and then attempt to save the data again. It appears the software was launched without Administrator access and because of that, the software didn't have the necessary rights to save the changes.
You need to use the Export function then you can import the data via the Import button. This is the easiest method possible to migrate the data from version 2 to version 3. If you encounter errors, you might need to contact your local IT administrator if the database refuses to import the data.
I tried to load the program on my mom's computer after loading her band info on my laptop. I couldn't access her information and the only choice I had was to start a new file. I did that but it still didn't give me access to add information to her file. How do you access her information on the second computer after loading the program on her computer?

The software was designed to be used on only one computer, the computer that has the software installed is the only computer where you can add, change or delete your medical information. It was created to offer extra security to your medical information.
If you have lost the instructions, start the application and log-in with the administrator password and then you can change the access and the data related to your database.
